PRODUCTION ZONE AND ALTITUDE: Calosso Province of Asti at 400 metres.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERIRISTICS: succulent, intense ruby-red coloured wine with violet lights, a full and consistent bouquet scented with spices, ripe fruit and vanilla, and a dry, strong, richly persistent flavor. Excellent maturing capacity.

HARVEST: takes place at the end of October according to traditional method with selection of the grapes.
AGEING: in French oak barrels (barriques) for approximately twelve months followed by six months in the bottle.
