GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay

HARVEST: End of August/ beginning of September, traditional harvest with selection of grapes.

NUMBER OF BOTTLES PRODUCED: Approx. 3.000

WINEMAKING: The skin maceration takes place at low temperatures for about 42 hours. Soft pressing of the grapes and static cold clarification. Fermentation with selected yeasts takes place at controlled temperature partly in steel and partly in French oak barrels. Malo-latic does not take place.

AGEING: In oak barrels.

ANALYTICAL INFO: Alcohol content: approx 14,00%Vol. 

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Intense aroma, elegant and continuous, extensive notes of vanilla, soft and harmonious, full of character but with good drinkability.

SUGGESTION: Good pairing with pasta, fish (skewered and grilled), shellfish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Wine with a good ageing potential. Keep it in a dark place at a temperature of 8-10°C and serve in a medium glass at a temperature of about 6-8°C. 

CURIOSITY: Each label is a particular and unique. It’s printed and the flower is painted by hand. Each flower is different so any bottle is very original. The label is then cut and glued by hand on the bottle.
