NAME OF THE WINE: Piemonte D.O.C. Chardonnay
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay
SURFACE AND EXPOSURE: 0,5 Ha- South/West exposure
AGE OF THE VINEYARDS: from 20 to 30 years old.
VINE DENSITY: Approx. 3800 per hectare
HARVEST: End of August/ beginning of September, traditional harvest with rigorous selection og grapes.

NUMBER OF BOTTLES PRODUCED: Approx. 3.000
WINEMAKING: The skin maceration takes place at low temperatures for about 42 hours. The pressing of the grapes takes place in a soft way and then the static clarification is carried out cold. The fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature takes place partly in steel and partly in French oak barrels. Malo-latic does not take place.
AGEING: In oak barrels for minimum 6 months.
ALCOHOL: 14,00% Vol.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Intense aroma, elegant and continuous, extensive notes of vanilla, soft and harmonious, full of character but with good drinkability.
SUGGESTION: Wine suitable for pasta dishes (skewered and grilled), shellfish white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Wine with a good ageing potential. Store in a dark location at a temperature of 8-10°C and serve in a medium glass at a temperature of about 6-8°C.
CURIOSITY: Each label is a particular and unique. It’s printed and the flower is made by hand. Each flower is different so any bottle is very original. The label is then cut and gluted by hand.
