AGE OF THE VINEYARDS: Over 60 years old
HARVEST: End-September/Beginning-October traditional harvest with strict manual selection of grapes

WINEMAKING: Maceration and fermentation take place in traditional way, in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature, for about 25 days. Malo-lactic can take place.
AGEING: Ageing in French oak (new barriques only).
ANALYTICAL DETAILS: Alcohol content: approx 15,00%vol;
TASTING NOTE: Wine of good pulp from ruby red color; it assumes with aging elengant garnet. Scent of extensive proposal (ripe fruit, cocoa, spices, vanilla and toasted), dry, robust, rich and persistent.
SUGGESTION: Meditation wine. It pairs well with red meat, roasts, game, and mature cheeses. Excellent ageing potential. Keep it lying down, in a dark place at a constant temperature of about 12/14°C and seve in large glass (Balon) at about 20°C.
CURIOSITY ‘: This wine is produced from grapes coming from a very old vineyard, with over ninety years of age. In addition to the natural selection made in the vineyard, we make a selection of the best barriques during the 18 months of aging. The name Sansì Antologia wants to represent this particular collection and selection. This wine has achieved excellent results with high scores in almost all the major Italian and foreign specialized guides.
